Mangerie ships domestic orders using USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email detailing the order and tracking information.

Shipping details may not be changed once an order has been submitted.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed from Monday-Friday will begin processing the next business day. Due to high demand and a small operation, please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process.

Expect 3-5 business days for shipping in the U.S.

 

LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS

Mangerie is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit during delivery. That being said, please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Mangerie does not assume any responsibility for the theft of delivered packages. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

PRE-ORDER

All items marked as "pre-order" will be shipped as noted on the product page.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us, with the subject line “Return Request_Order Number”. Return requests must be emailed within five days of the delivered date of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return. Mangerie reserves the right to refuse any return. Please also see below conditions:

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be unwashed and unworn with the original tags in original packaging. All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. No returns on sale or preorder items. In addition:

  • There are no charges for an exchange
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

ITEM AVAILABILITY

Mangerie ensures the stock of all items listed as available on our site. If for some reason the purchased item(s) are not in stock, a notification will be sent and you will be refunded.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Mangerie reserves the right to cancel any orders suspected of being fraudulent. If your order has been cancelled you will be notified immediately through email, and refunded.

Once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Mangerie reserves the right to deny the use of any promotional code. Not all orders will qualify for the use of a promotional code.
